We are currently advertising for the following roles
CeMap Qualified Mortgage Advisor | Basic £35K (£57 – £65K OTE)
For this role you must be CeMap qualified (or equivalent). You will be a key player in our team, taking on the role of inbound and outbound calls working off a database of pre-qualified leads.
We are seeking a CeMap qualified Mortgage Rockstar to join our highly successful and established Hampshire-based mortgage brokerage established in 2005. You will be a key player in our team, taking on the role of inbound and outbound calls working off a database of pre-qualified leads generated from enquiries from our website and our affiliates. These leads are appointment-based and contain full details such as fact finds, credit searches, and bank statements.
As a Mortgage Rockstar, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by sourcing the best mortgage products for any circumstance. You will guide and advise clients on the most suitable mortgage products based on their individual needs and circumstances. You will have access to exclusive deals and products, thanks to our wide range of lender partnerships and free, no-obligation service.
The position offers a casual dress code, and rewards hard work with paid-for company trips. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, be independent and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, have a proactive, can-do attitude, and be driven to succeed and demonstrate the desire to outperform all of your peers. You must also be compliant and have an entire checkable employment history.
Shift hours for this position are:
Monday 09.30 - 19.00
Tuesday 09.30 - 19.00
Wednesday 09.30 - 18.00
Thursday 09.30 - 18.00
Friday 09.30 - 18.00
This role offers a basic salary of £35k with an OTE of £57-65k. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in on-going training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mortgage industry, option to participate in team-building and networking events to build relationships with colleagues and industry professionals, and a supportive and collaborative working environment with a strong team culture. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about consultative solution selling with a drive to innovate.
